We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.
The use of our website is usually possible without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses) is collected on our pages, this is always done, as far as possible, on a voluntary basis. This data will not be disclosed to third parties without your express consent.

Purpose of data processing/legal basis:
Personal information that you provide to us by e-mail, telephone, mail or contact form will of course be treated confidentially. We use your data exclusively for the purpose of processing your request. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 f) GDPR. The legitimate interest on the part of A&T results from the interest in answering inquiries from our customers, business partners and interested parties and thus in maintaining and promoting customer satisfaction.
Recipients/Categories of Recipients:
As a matter of principle, we exclude the transfer of data to third parties outside A&T. Exceptionally, data is processed by order processors on our behalf. These are carefully selected in each case, are also audited by us and contractually obligated in accordance with Art. 28 DSGVO.
Furthermore, it may be necessary for us to pass on inquiries to other companies within A&T if this is required for processing.
Storage period/ criteria for determining the storage period:
All personal data that you provide to us in connection with inquiries will be deleted or securely anonymized by us no later than 90 days after the final response to you. The retention of 90 days is explained by the fact that it may occasionally happen that you need to contact us again about the same matter after a reply and be able to refer to the previous correspondence. Experience has shown that, as a rule, after 90 days, queries about our answers no longer occur.

The A&T companies process the contact data of contact persons at customers, interested parties, suppliers and other business partners for communication by e-mail, telephone, fax and mail. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 f) GDPR. The legitimate interest on the part of A&T results from the interest in carrying out or initiating the business relationship with customers, interested parties, suppliers and other business partners and in maintaining personal contact with contact persons.

Personal data is stored for the purpose of carrying out business relationships for as long as there is a legitimate interest in this.
Purpose of data processing/legal basis:
In addition to the postal service, you can send us your application documents by e-mail for a quick and convenient application process. We use application documents sent to us exclusively for carrying out the application process. Please note that applications sent to us by e-mail are transmitted to us unencrypted and the data could possibly be accessed or even falsified by unauthorized persons. You are also welcome to send us your documents by mail.
The purpose of processing your personal data is to carry out your application procedure in our company and thus the possible establishment of a new employment relationship.
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 88 para. 1 DSGVO in conjunction with. § 26 para. 1 BDSG-NEU.

As a matter of principle, your data will not be passed on to external parties. Within the company to which you are applying, only those persons who are involved in the decision-making process will have access to your personal data. Within A&T, your data will only be passed on by A&T as the operator of this website to the relevant company. Data will only be passed on to other companies within A&T with your consent.
Storage period/ criteria for determining the storage period:
In the event of a successful application, your personal data will be stored for the duration of your employment relationship. In addition, after its termination, your tax-relevant data will be stored in accordance with the statutory retention periods pursuant to §§ 257 para. 1 No. 1, para. 4 HGB, 147 AO archived for a period of up to 10 years. In the event of an unsuccessful application, your personal data will be deleted three months after the rejection. Longer storage despite cancellation will only take place with your consent.

In addition, you have a right to rectification (Art. 16 DSGVO), deletion (Art. 17 DSGVO) and restriction of processing (Art. 18 DSGVO) of your personal data if the legal requirements are met.
If the data processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 e) or f) DSGVO, you have the right to object in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO. If you object to data processing, this will not take place in the future unless the controller can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for further processing that outweigh the data subject’s interest in objecting.
If you yourself have provided the processed data, you have a right to data transfer according to Art. 20 DSGVO.
If the data processing is based on consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 a) or Art. 9 para. 2 a) DSGVO, you may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future without affecting the lawfulness of the previous processing.
In the aforementioned cases, in the event of open questions or in the event of complaints, please contact the data protection officer in writing or by e-mail.
In addition, you have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority. The data protection supervisory authority of the federal state in which you live or in which the controller is based is responsible.
Unless otherwise stated in the previous chapters, the provision of personal data is not required by law or contract or necessary for the conclusion of a contract. You are not obliged to provide the personal data if no other information has been previously provided. Failure to provide your personal data may mean that we are unable to respond to your contact request, participate in the application process or attend an event.
